Description
The Grant Project Director will facilitate access to linkage with the appropriate agencies and resources for HIV testing and/or health care, monitor effectiveness of support services including both client and provider participation and intervene when problems arise, as necessary and appropriate for the HIV infected and the at-high-risk for becoming infected with HIV client, and the HIV counselors. The position will be familiar with all relevant agencies, services, providers, and other resources, public and private, that provide assistance to or otherwise deal with the HIV positive client and those at-high-risk for becoming infected with HIV, including financial, social, residential, medical, and mental health and alcohol/substance abuse services.
